The final principle of leadership is that a man must commit to become a warrior of Christ by continuously training for and engaging in spiritual combat against the world, the flesh, the self and the devil. Training for spiritual combat must engage the whole man; physical, intellectual, spiritual and emotional. |
LEADERSHIP "When I was a child I thought like a child and I reasoned like a child. When i became a man i gave up childish ways. Once I saw in a mirror dimly, now I see face to face. Then I knew in part, now I know as i have been known." Corinthians 1:13:9-12

Wilderness Outreach challenges men to embrace and integrate the principles of spiritual and personal leadership into their lives.
The first principle of leadership is that every man is called to a mission and a duty to provide and protect God's people on the journey to the end of times.

The fourth is that he commits to “know himself as he is known”.

The fifth is that he must learn to “die to the self”, the "unrepentent thief" in every man, that is the product of the fall and a weapon of the world the flesh and the Devil.
The sixth is that he must become the spiritual leader of his family, parish, and community.

The second principle is that a man must accept that there are times when he is called to be a leader and times to be a follower.
The Third is that he must accept complete and unconditional responsibility for his life and the conditions of his life.
